Installation Preparations before bearing guide
1, the machine level correction.
Requirements: high volume with two blocks and a ruler on the installed base of marble surface, put a precision level debugging the base level, the base requirement is convex (2-3 cells).
2, rail mounting base surface roughness, flatness, straightness and appearance inspection.
Requirements: When the level of debugging a good future, we must measure the main rail mounting base surface with a laser interferometer (we usually close to the right-hand column of the main surface of a guide rail) flatness allows each convex 10m 0.05mm, the whole trip straight allow degree convex 0.03mm. Roughness 1.6, look no casting defects.
3, rail mounting base surface and side reference mounting surface rail chamfered.
Requirements: chamfer radius less than or equal to 3.5mm, if found to be too large or protruding chamfer, using stone and rasp timely treatment, otherwise it will cause poor precision rail mounting or interfere with the slider.
4, rail mounting base locking screw hole machining.
Requirements: Make sure the location is correct mounting holes, each connected to the screw holes in the center distance is greater than 120mm less than 0.1mm or 0.1mm; to ensure the precision screw machining, CNC equipment positioning requires selection process.
5, after checking out of the box rails.
Requirements: Check whether the rail certification, has bumps or rust, the rust oil clean, remove burrs mounting surface, the impact projections and dirt and so on.
